Kathleen Milligan is a licensed family law attorney serving all of San Diego County. Kathleen earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from University of California in Riverside and her Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law. While in law school, Kathleen was the President of the Women’s Law Caucus while also being involved in several other student organizations. She focused her studies on mediation and ADR which has evolved into her daily practice as a Family Law Attorney. Paul Bergman is a strategic business leader with global experience in healthcare, consulting, and telecommunications. As courts start tightening oversight expectations boards are searching for an expanded set of talents at the table.

Board requirements may change as an organization matures. In established companies with a CISO, Paul serves a board as a subject matter expert on cyber security reducing oversight risk by insuring the right questions are being asked of management. Smaller organizations, however, may need more of a mentor on the board. He can easily fill a mentoring and coaching role for a newer CEO or CIO that doesn’t have a cyber security background.

As a San Diego Native I grew up working in a family owned real estate business and began my career after I graduated college from San Diego State with a degree in Business Administration.
